The first step to setting up the voice chat program Teamspeak is downloading it. To do this go to www.teamspeak.org. Click on "downloads" on the left hand side and download the TS2 Win32 Client (RC2) from either of the two mirrors. Note that you do not want to download the server or the Linux files. Once the file is downloaded, install it.
Run the Teamspeak program and you should see this:
There are two ways to connect, connect and quick connect. Quick connect is easiest if you are new to teamspeak. Click on "Connection" and then "Quick Connect." A window like this should appear:
Fill it in like the picture. Note that until you register your name, outlined later in the help, putting anything in the bottom two boxes will cause problems. Once you connect, you should see something like this:
Now it is time to register. Click on "Self" and then "Register with server." A window like this should appear:
Fill in your login name (this is unique and may be taken, if so, choose another) and your password and then click register.
